Welcome to TurntEmpire! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TurntEmpire platform and services ("TurntEmpire") provided by TurntEmpire Inc. ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using TurntEmpire, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access TurntEmpire.

Account Creation:

When you create an account with TurntEmpire, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

TurntEmpire Services:

TurntEmpire provides a platform for users to discover, share, and participate in various entertainment and social activities. By using TurntEmpire, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and TurntEmpire's policies.

User Content:

TurntEmpire may allow you to post, upload, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post on or through TurntEmpire, and you agree that you have all necessary rights to post such User Content.

By posting User Content on or through TurntEmpire, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through TurntEmpire.

Intellectual Property:

The TurntEmpire platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TurntEmpire Inc. and its licensors. The TurntEmpire platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TurntEmpire Inc.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurntEmpire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use TurntEmpire; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on TurntEmpire; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your access to TurntEmpire immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

SMS Marketing Compliance Text:

By consenting to TurntEmpire's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
